half and half

     

the leaves in denver are at that in between stage.  half green, half brown.

i'm almost ready for sweater weather.

I'm not! Well, sort of not. I like these cooler days, but I hate having to shut the house up for winter.

It's been sweater weather here all year!! In fact it was glove weather last week! But it seems to be warming up again!

There was a mild wind storm this weekend that basically blew even the half brown leaves all down. It really looks like fall now.

So much to love about autumn... for me, I'll have to wait until next year. I'll lend you a sweater or two... I'm slowly shedding layers and enjoying the warm and gentle spring light.

I woke to find orange and yellow leaves, autumn is definitely here!
