(dinner-time sketch by jordan)
today i learned how to get rid of toxins caused by spending time with icky people.
you stand up, and shake your hands, and the toxins start to fall.
then you wrap one hand around a finger of the other hand and pull off the toxins that fell to your hands during the shaking. repeat for each finger of each hand.
then shake one more time to remove any excess.
the negative energy falls off.
try it. it works.
a kind of lotus-surface to the soul!

I've memorised your instructions. All I need now is the company of somebody icky.

If only cocoa butter would work as a defensive shield. It would smell yummy too.

What if you just shook the icky people...very hard? It might make them go away quickly and *poof* no more icky-badness! :^)
I do like this technique, though. It does make you feel clearer.

Yes! I kind of tried it just now a little and it made me feel pretty good. The more techniques for dealing with icky people the better! This is probably better than my usual method - which is to call my mom and bit*# for a half hour. =O

this sounds like a very useful thing indeed. would it be bad to use it in the person's presence? :)

I will be doing this the next time I have the bad fortune of experiencing such negativity.
*Love* the robot doodle.
