ever since we went to the galapagos islands in december i've been meaning to start incorporating animals native to ecuador into my creations. i finally started this yesterday with this little collage of a sea lion:

included is fabric from olivia and paper from both sabine and shanna. i like the whole cartoony/little kid look but i'm still struggling on exactly where on the continuum of realism i want my collages to fall. and i need to learn how to avoid stringy remnants from my glue gun. anyone have advice on this?
I'm not going to stop blogging. I'm just putting it on the back burner. Love your collage. I use a stick glue called PRITT power made in Germany super strong and never buckles. Sticks fabric as well. Not sure if you could get it where you are. I get it from a scrapbooking shop.
