I love seeing these marquees and signs preserved. A few here & there exist in Seattle but it doesn't seem like nearly as many.
All to make way for mixed use condos. Sigh.

Love those signs! They seem so unfamiliar to me. They seem so American. Ah, Risa, your photos always make me want to travel, be it Quito or elsewhere.

I think they look very American too. We don't really have any signs like that, at least not that I've seen.
